Titan FX is looking for a self-driven, ambitious and proactive Partner Relationship Officer to expand our partner ecosystem by identifying and engaging with new opportunities across the demand and supply side.

Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with partners to drive value for Titan FX and enhance the overall customer experience. The successful candidate is also expected to work closely with existing sales staff and to assist where appropriate. The role will focus on complex partner negotiations, structuring mutually beneficial agreements, and navigating multi-stakeholder relationships to support revenue growth and operational success.

You will bring with you a demonstrated ability to develop relationships that connect people, a knack for closing deals, and the versatility to manage multiple priorities.

Prior experience is preferred but not compulsory as we would be happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled in negotiating complex terms that achieve partner and business objectives

• Proactively source, engage, and grow high-value partnerships, leveraging networks and relationships to open doors

• Navigate multi-stakeholder discussions and present Titan FX value effectively to diverse audiences

• Use an organised, methodical approach to manage multiple initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery on all fronts

• Build and manage productive relationships with both internal teams and external partner

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing a variety of partnership engagements, from discovery and negotiation to contract finalisation and ongoing partner enablement

• Fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken (necessary)

• Interest in FinTech (experience in the industry is a plus but not required)

• Demonstrated commercial negotiation skills with a track record of closing strategic deals

• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively

• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and trust with internal teams and partners alike

• Proficiency in crafting and communicating value propositions to diverse audiences, adjusting your message to resonate with varied partner personas

• a highly driven mentality with a natural aptitude for connecting people and building lasting partnerships

• Strong organisational and project management abilities to coordinate multiple partnership streams and deliver on objectives

• A strategic thinker with an eye for social media trends and the ability to craft messages that resonate with different audiences.
